Position tube - erase any outside the white

Merge down and resize 50%

Effects/Filter Unlimited2/buttons&frames/3d glass frame2

Promote layer to background

Canvas size 800x800

E33 - resize 75%

P28 - apply mask/merge group

Tube - resize 80%/mirror/position

E54 - resize 25%

E28 - resize 35%

E62 - resize 35%

E64 - resize 40%

Merge visible/crop/resize as needed/add proper copyright

1st paper - apply mask/merge group/send to bottom

Flower1 - resize 20%

Mura meister/copies/encircle/12,65,65 (position behind your circle layers)

Ovaaltjes - flood fill color of choice

Add noise of choice

Tajke - flood fill color of choice

Add noise

Cirkel gaatjes - paper of choice

Cirkel klein - paper of choice

Clock4 - resize 45% 

Stippels - flood fill black

Add noise

Resize tube 90% 

Flower corner1 - resize 50% 

Duplicate/mirror

Garland1 - resize 30% 

Goldstars1 - resize 60%

Duplicate - position top left

Partyhats1 - resize 30%

Champagne3 - resize 30%

Open cluster and resize by 85%

Add small white gradient glow

Image/canvas size/800x800

P12 - apply mask/merge group/send to bottom

Grab magic wand/click inside cluster/expand by 45/invert/delete

Position tube and erase outside of cluster

E50 - resize 40%

E137 - resize 35%

E10 - resize 35%

E41 - resize 40%

Merge visible/crop/resize as needed/add proper copyright

VM Natural/sparkle/size at 5

Position tube so eyes show

Tube layer/screen/layer properties at 75 or what fits tube you are using

E38 - resize 80%

5 - flood fill black

E35 - position a little top left

6 - p6 resized 70%

7 - add noise of choice

Position tube

E37 - resize 35%
