Open template and delete copyright layer and happy halloween word art

Open p2/apply mask/merge group/send to bottom

E10 - resize 30%

Mura meister/copies/encircle/12,65,65

Gradient circle - flood fill color of choice

Add noise of choice

Lg purple circle - apply texture effect of choice

Star - p6

Star frame - add noise

E72 - resize 70%

Left & right orange circle - p4 (resized 80%)

E64 - resize 30%

Layer properties to 50% opacity

Circle frames - Add choice of noise

E50 - resize 60%

E20 - resize 50%

E16 - resize 45%

E5 - resize 35%

E12 - resize 30%

E91 - resize 40%

E146 - resize 45%

Position your tube

Merge visible/crop/resize as needed/add proper copyright
