Open template and delete copyright layer and bottom layer

Image/canvas size/800x800

P13 - apply mask/merge group/duplicate/merge together/send to bottom

E32 - place left

E38 - place right

3 - p15

4&6 - flood fill white/add noise of choice

5&7 - flood fill color of choice

E115 & 113 - resize 45%

Layer properties to Luminance L

E55

Position your tube

E61 - resize 20%

E20 - resize 60%

E26 - resize 50%

E12 - resize 45%

E29 - resize 35%

8 - flood fill white/add noise

9 - flood fill with color of choice

E40 - resize 20%

Duplicate/mirror

Merge these 4 together and position

Merge visible/crop/resize as needed/add proper copyright
