Open frames 1&4 and your 2 tubes

I resized my tubes by 50%

Place tubes under frames

Grab magic wand and click inside each frame

Grab paper of choice

Invert/delete and move below tubes

Merge each frame visible/crop

Resize each by 50%

Open p8/apply mask/merge group

Adjust/blur more

E54

E18 - duplicate/mirror/position

Position your frames

E12 - resize 40%

E13 - resize 35%

E70 - resize 60%

E9 - resize 50%

E61 - resize 60%

E56 - resize 45%

E146 - resize 40%

Merge visible/crop/resize as needed/add proper copyright
