Open template and delete copyright layer, white layer, and stars

Image/canvas size/800x800

P19 - apply mask/merge group/send to bottom

Rectangle2 - flood fill color of choice

Rectangle1 - flood fill color of choice

E15 - erase any at bottom

Stripped rectangle - p13

Frame fills - p2

Frames - flood fill dark color/add glass effect of choice

E13 - resize as needed and position where the stars were

Position tube

E74 - resize 25%

E89 - resize 30%

E48 - resize 25%

E64 - resize 15%

E56 - resize 30%

E65 - resize 20%

Merge visible/crop/resize as needed/add proper copyright
