Open template and delete copyright layer and word art

Image/canvas size/800x800

P6 - apply mask/merge group

Select all/float/defloat/invert

Tube3 - resize 50% and position

Delete/layer properties at screen

Frame fills - flood fill color of choice

Effects - textures of choice

Fence1 - paste into selection 

Frames - flood fill color of choice

Wedding arch1 - resize 60%

Flower2 - resize 30%

Flower6 - resize 30%

Flower9 - resize 25%

Champagne glass1 - resize 20%

Champagne2 - resize 20%

Flower1 - resize 25%

Position tube4 - resized 65%

Flower11 - resize 20%

Flower1 - resize 20%

Candle1 - resize 25%

Ring1 - resize 20%

Merge visible/crop/resize as needed/add proper copyright
