White circle - flood fill and add inner bevel

Blue circle - paper of choice

Double rectangle - paper of choice

White frame - flood fill with an inner bevel

Resize word art

E42 - resize 25%

E50 - resize 25%

Position tube to your liking

Merge visible/crop/resize as needed/add proper copyright
