This tutorial is of my own creation. I am using PSP2019. Please leave a thanks when downloading.  If I am using a template, I always start at the bottom and work my way up. If using a FTU or PTU tube - please don't use without proper copyright. Always drop shadow as you go. If you try one of my tuts, I would love to display it on my blog....thanks

Open template and delete copyright layer and snowflakes 1&2

Image/canvas size/800x800

P6 - resize 90%

Apply mask/merge group and position bottom of template

Rectangles - p3

Rectangle  frames - flood fill color of choice

Glass effect of choice

E38 - resize 80%

Snowflakes 3&4 - glass effect

Raster3 - p2

Frame - flood fill and add glass effect

E59 - resize 40%

Sparkle 1&2 - flood fill and add glass effect

E61 - resize 40%

Resize tube 55% and position....erase any at bottom

E17 - resize 15%

E27 - resize 30%

E35 - use your magic wand and get rid of as much of the frame as possible

Resize - 60%

Word art - add glass effect

E4 - resize 30%

E13 - resize 20%

Merge visible/crop/resize as needed/add proper copyright
